  Went in and didnt even get helped for what I went there for. No help at all. But I did recieve a 145 dollar bill after basically getting a bandaid and being told I'd have to go to hospital. Ok, so why charge me???

  As far as an urgent care provider they are awful and ended up costing me 700 dollars! I went in because I couldn't move my neck since the night before while I was at work. I explained to the PA that of felt like whiplash and it was my muscles and I just wanted some muscle relaxers. Do you think they would even listen to what I was saying?! Nooo. After his visual screening which the only issue was my left arm shook a little when bending at the joint. He consulted with the physician and they insist that I go to the ER because he believed I'm to young to have had a stroke but rather I had meningitis!! Are you kidding me! I didnt even have a fever! They wanted to call an ambulance which I refused and said insisted if they werent going to do anything I'd drive myself. So 6 hours later at being in the waiting room I go back in a room for a grand total of 40 min and left with 2 prescriptions for muscle relaxers!! This visit, which I shouldn't have had in the first place had they listened to me, cost me not just my 25 dollar co-pay at the urgent care but a 700 dollar bill for a ER visited I didnt need (which I believe little rock should be responsible for) because of there incompetence and not listening to there patient!
